Athletic evaluations are done free of charge for students at any of the local schools, which includes extracurricular activities like band or cheerleading. 

The evaluations are scheduled at a convenient time for our staff.  Evaluation and patient education on care of the injury plus appropriate exercise for the condition are provided in this visit. 

No treatment is provided at this visit.  If the condition warrants further treatment, the patient will be scheduled accordingly and the doctor’s office will be contacted for a referral if their insurance requires.
