Ability Physical Therapy has massage therapists at each of their 4 locations, each with their own style and techniques.  The following types of massage therapy are offered at Ability:

Swedish Massage: System of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques to relax muscles.

​

Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue: The use of deep digital pressure and friction to manipulate soft tissue and balance the central nervous system.

​

Sports Massage: Pre-event, post-event, and rehabilitative massage tailored specifically to athletes.

​

Myofascial Release: Stretching and manipulation of the tough connective tissue that surrounds the body.

​

Reiki: A Japanese technique used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and aid in overall wellness.
